Refunds

Updated:

The free result costs nothing. For the full report ($35) the money is refunded automatically and in full in three cases — you don't need to write to us for that. In other cases, write to us and we will consider each one individually.

We refund automatically and in full

  1. The report couldn't be produced. After payment the text of the report is prepared automatically. If it couldn't be prepared even after three attempts, we refund the whole amount and write about it to the email given at payment. The free result stays on your link.

  2. The payment went through twice. If money for the same report was charged a second time, we refund the second payment in full and write about it. The report stays with the first payment.

  3. The payment came after data deletion. If you opened the payment, then deleted your data, and the money was charged after the deletion, there is no one to produce the report for — we refund the whole amount. There will be no email from us in this case: after deletion we don't keep the email address.

If Stripe for some reason doesn't accept the refund, we find out immediately and refund the money manually.

When the money will arrive

The refund goes through Stripe to the same card you paid with. When the money appears in your account is up to the bank: usually 5–10 days.

Other cases — by email

If something went wrong and it isn't in the list above, write to support@4myself.io: give the email you paid with, the approximate date of payment and what happened. We consider each case individually and reply by email.

Disagreeing with the report is not in itself a failure: the report is a working hypothesis based on your answers, not a verdict on you. If it seems there is a mistake in it, write to us as well — we'll look into it.

Deleting your data doesn't refund the money for a purchased report — the deletion confirmation window warns about this too.
