The full character report — $35, one time

The free result is the name of your pairing, its essence and the trait breakdown. The full report is up to 2000 words about you personally: where your traits work for you, who you get on with and how, what to protect and what to watch. One payment, no subscription; the report stays on your link indefinitely.

Six sections

  1. Which work and roles suit youWhere your leading traits are an asset and where they are a hindrance. Not a list of professions but a description of the tasks and conditions in which you belong.

  2. In a teamHow you get on with people led by each of the traits: what you give them, what you demand, what you can't stand — and where friction arises.

  3. Manager and subordinateWhat you need from a manager, and what the people you manage need from you.

  4. Partnership as equalsJoint projects, business, a shared cause: how to divide roles so as not to argue about the main thing.

  5. Close relationshipsWhere it is warm, where there is friction and what to do about it — for each of the partner's leading traits.

  6. Strengths and risksWhat to protect, what to watch, and in which conditions your strengths turn against you.

Each section has the essence, a recognisable scene of "how it looks from the outside" and three concrete steps for what to do about it.

Compatibility is always in context

There is no such thing as character compatibility "in general": with the same person, things go differently in a team and in a close relationship. That is why four sections of the report are four contexts: team, manager and subordinate, partnership as equals, close relationships. There are no verdicts like "you are not right for each other" in the report — only where friction arises, what causes it and how to remove it: which conditions, wordings and roles suit the leading traits.

Comparing yourself with a specific partner or colleague isn't possible yet — that is the product's next step. The report describes how you get on with people led by each of the traits.

Who writes the text and what the AI doesn't do

The text of the report is written by AI — from a profile that has already been computed and from the method's notes on how the traits combine with one another in each context. The AI sets this out as it applies to you; it doesn't make it up.

What the AI doesn't do: it doesn't compute the profile, doesn't choose which traits are pronounced in you and doesn't change their order — all of that is computed by a program, deterministically, before the AI sees the task. The finished text goes through a machine check of wording boundaries: medical terms and labels don't make it into the report. The report is signed as a working hypothesis based on your answers — because the questionnaire sees one observation channel out of six.
